Arduinna, a Gaulish goddess of the forest and hunting, was revered by the Celts of the Belgian Ardennes and her many followers in Luxemburg and parts of France and Germany. She is associated with the Roman goddess Diana, the Greek Artemis or seen as an equivalent to the Irish Flidais.
Though Arduinna's stories have not survived to the present day, her reputation as a courageous and benevolent guardian of flora and fauna is still an inspiration. She1
