This series is dedicated to the Moon, this star (although a satellite, in fact) which has always fascinated human beings. She is surrounded by mystery, magic, and poetry. Through its phases, it is changeable and usually associated with feminine energy. Alternately beneficial or malevolent in the human imagination, it is represented in Greek mythology by Selene, Hecate or Artemis. The lunar phases correspond to different shapes and luminosity, and even to various positions in the sky. This is one of the reasons for its symbolic power. Some argue that the moon not only impacts the tides but also the feelings and emotions of humans. In these works, the contrast between the black of Indian ink and the luminous white tones, as well as the rounded shapes, evoke the Moon and the nocturnal atmosphere, imbued with mystery, in which it reigns.
