“Floating” paper collage where shadows play with reliefs

Made while listening to Monteverdi's opera Orfeo, this joyful and musical composition is formed from a flashy interweaving of cut and torn papers, enhanced with acrylic, watercolor, oily chalk and Indian ink, superimposed on translucent bible paper background, which adds depth.
