It was one of the first days of spring and the sun had lured us outside.
This pond is only a few minutes away from our apartment.
Despite the sun, it was very cold to paint.


The painting was painted alla fine. So in one process. A thin layer of turpentine is applied first. After that, the paint becomes more and more solid and only needs to be diluted with linseed oil.1
