Rita Krupaviciute is a Lithuanian-born artist. She graduated from Art School in her early teens and continued to study drawing and painting as an independent artist. In 2020 Rita Krupaviciute graduated from London Middlesex University with a MA in Fine Art. The central concern in her practice is nature and human beings in space and time. Her research involves exploring landscape and marina, as well as portraits and figurative, to create individual artworks in her own style and experience. Painting is one of the ways to see the world and represent it to an audience, leading it to the designed result to be aware of the momentum of life. Oil and acrylics on canvas; watercolour and mixed media on paper are the artist's favourite painting mediums and techniques. Stillness, positive emotions, fantasy and fragility of life is the message to reach the viewer. 'Painting for me is a very meaningful activity, and it makes me dive into the momentum of living' , says Rita Krupaviciute.
