I am an artist with a professional academic education in the field of fine arts. During my studies I experimented with many different techniques, which gave me a wide range of skills and a deep understanding of art. Ultimately, I chose acrylic as my main medium as it allows me to create very detailed works with intense colors. Acrylic gives me the flexibility to reflect on my work, put it aside for a few days and continue later without the quality suffering. I only work with the highest quality professional acrylic paints that retain their vibrancy over time. As an artist with a classical training, I use traditional painting techniques and have a preference for realism. However, I combine this with surrealist elements to give the viewer room for their own imagination.
