« Art is a powerful tool for social transformation, and for this reason I share my anti-species view from love and empathy. »
I feel that every day there is a greater detachment of the human being from his own origins and from his environment. We are not alien to other beings and elements, we are part of a whole. My intention is to create clear messages that can be easily interpreted by viewers, to reach many people and create greater social awareness about the importance of caring for other animals and respecting them. I seek to make known how we harm animals both directly and indirectly (industries that profit at the expense of their suffering, pollution and extinction of wild species). Most of my works are paintings, although sometimes I feel the need to express myself through sculpture or other means. My language is figurative, capturing in my works the world as I see it. I paint animals, and the human being is indirectly represented by his footprint. 💚 10% will be donated to animal or environmental causes, being able to choose the buyer specifically.💚
Superficial life has immersed women in a socio-cultural crisis and has overcrowded her, because she has renounced her interiority, to be herself, and this phenomenon fills her with confusion, doubts and disbelief. The disturbing backgrounds loaded with matter show my vision of society, which corrupts and contaminates the individuality of each woman. As girls we have a unique purity that metamorphoses in contact with a toxic universe. The textures and the photographs maintain a relationship of opposites but form a visual unit, so that the viewer can interpret that the authenticity of each woman is contaminated by that society and they are indivisible, they even merge in such a way that it is not known where the boundaries between the two.

In nature there is no concept of garbage. There is no waste, because each organism contributes to the health of the whole. Nutrients perpetually flow in cycles of regeneration, decomposition, and rebirth. The waste of one organism is food for another. But human activities in recent years have changed the environment and altered natural cycles. Only humans have the concept of garbage, but the rest of the animals do not conceive it, because they have never needed it. Therefore, by introducing different elements into their natural environment, they do not know how to react. Sometimes they incorporate plastics and other harmful waste into their food, nests, etc. The different paintings represent how wild animals relate to the waste that we human beings generate. On many occasions they go to the garbage containers, or simply resort to the food that is thrown in the streets.

This project has involved a detailed study of the trophic relationships of the species that inhabit these regions. Research on the anatomy of animals has led me to specialize in scientific illustration, taking specific courses. In the exhibition samples I have included the part of the sketches and anatomical studies, which are a mixture between the field drawings and the study in the laboratory. All this research is the basis for being able to carry out more realistic and precise works anatomically and in terms of trophic relationships. Before representing a new animal, I always carry out anatomical studies of its skeleton and musculature, even though later in the work it will be fleshy or skeleton.

Small series or independent works. They deal with the usual themes in my artistic discourse: creating greater social awareness about the importance of caring for other animals and respecting them. I seek to make known how we harm animals both directly and indirectly (industries that profit at the expense of their suffering, pollution and extinction of wild species).

In these works I work again with the limits between the disciplines of painting and sculpture, giving the painting a three-dimensional sense with that silhouette cutout. It is the place of a mother on some occasions, of a son on others. To represent in a literal sense that hole left in the heart of a mother by the loss of a child, irretrievable, as well as for a child the loss of his mother, who is everything to him when he comes into this world. We know that this mother is going to lose a son completely, because he will be killed a few months later. In the case of that little one, he remains alone and helpless until the day of his bitter end. A life too short and too sad. And with these pieces I seek to raise this reflection towards other people, think about how these animals feel and if they want to continue financing these practices.

Selection of studies that I carry out to understand the anatomy of the animals that I represent and to be able to do it with greater precision. I am passionate about nature and biology enthusiast, and I love to do research before creating my works.

What does a pig dream about? Surely with being free and feeling the sun on your skin, playing and enjoying life. But... are we complicit in their slavery and death? Or do we not participate in this macabre business? Your freedom is in our hands.

🌱✨ Discover our mother and daughter art, a powerful expression against species discrimination. The speciesism and deceptions of animal exploitation industries cause unimaginable suffering to mothers and children. The union between mother and child goes beyond the tangible and material. Imagine for a moment the unique connection that arises when a mother looks into her little girl's eyes. It is a bond that transcends species, a language of love that does not understand differences. My daughter and I explore this bond in our works. Our bond is also latent in this fusion between our interventions, in such a way that sometimes it is not possible to distinguish what the mother has painted and what the daughter has painted.
