Artist's cultural background turns around elements that come from experiences in the fields of both Art and Design. The artist's first education in artistic high school, the following graduation in architecture from Università Federico II, deep knowledge of art history working as a teacher, participation in Art Exhibitions as well as long training in professional architectural studios influenced her artistic productions heavily. Artists' imaginative inclinations, thoughts, and moods can be caught by artworks which are able to communicate with us through a personal style which tends more and more to be visionary. The artist's most important phases match with the making of two collections, called the Winds Set and Interior Architectures, where the artist attempts to reach the highest coherence between subjects and technique.

WINDS SET

From 2010 to 2015, the artist devoted herself to the theme of wind, interpreting it in an innovative way. Each wind is characterized by the direction it moves forming an unnatural and mysterious figure. The latter exactly takes shape from the fluttering of a drape and therefore by itself motion. According to the theme, she experimented with a new technique based on the modeling of large cloth drapes that became like white pictorial sculptures, thanks to the use of vinyl glue and resin. Winds set artworks participated in the exhibitions in the Foundation Cerio - Capri, in the Gallery of Santa Maria del Popolo – Rome, and MIT Museum - Turin.

Interior Architecture

From 2016 to 2022 Artist keeps painting on canvas again, leading her interest in complex architectural systems. Interior architecture's subject refers to ideal parts of the city, where fragments of buildings, churches, castles, towers, and staircases recall medieval and roman memorials. Complex composition, arranged by slant plans' intersecting with each other, makes a tangle of architecture that is able to engage emotionally the viewers in order to arouse a sense of chaos and disorientation. Like a mirror of the complex human mind, the urban landscape appears to be dominated by a vast network of streets and staircases that symbolically want to evoke our mind, its thoughts, fears, and doubts about life choices. Behind arches, windows and doors, other spaces are visible in the distance, conveying to us a sense of depth tending toward infinite space like a symbol of divine dimensions.
