Graduated from the Emile Cohl school in 2002 and self-employed illustrator for 20 years, I navigate between painting, drawing and music. For me, art is emotions that emerge. I love what is beautiful and good and which pulls us up. My faith and my art are intimately linked. I like the look of raw wood and its rough edges on which I make portraits most of the time. I paint, collect, tear and glue to create inspiring faces. Humans in all their richness and vulnerability inspire me. I paint weakness, joy, the appetite for life. Welcome to my world. Elvine
