Holder of an architect's degree, my job pushes me to always observe, to keep a keen eye on what surrounds me with constantly renewed enthusiasm, particularly the urban context in which I operate daily. In my artistic work, contrasts are my favorite themes: shadows and lights, full and empty, but also highlighting the beauty of small everyday things: a ray of sunlight entering a room, an architectural detail, a hug… The techniques mainly used in my work as artists are drawing and painting with Indian ink, watercolor, engraving, collage. I work in my studio in Ivry-sur-Seine, with, as a landscape, the cloud machine that is the incineration plant of the city of Paris and as a sound universe, the surf of the cars passing on the boulevard. ring road at the end of the street.
