I have implemented my enthusiasm for pop art in this series. These pictures are brightly colored and in a good mood. When creating the pictures, I used a wide variety of materials and techniques and, in doing so, had a lot of fun drawing from the full. Collage elements complement each other with printing techniques, overpainting and writing combine with the drawing, which always forms the focal point. My pictures want to be fun to look at and convey a lot of positive energy. Surfing and the associated relaxed lifestyle with fun and openness are always themes in my pictures - just good vibes!

The fascination of the sea and the longing for it is always a big theme in my pictures. For me, being by the sea not only means relaxing, but also constantly discovering new things. In this series there are pictures that on the one hand bring my enthusiasm for surfing and on the other hand the life on the beach, as I observe it, on the canvas. I would like to capture the lightness and joie de vivre that I encounter there in so many different forms in my pictures, giving the viewer something of this special energy.
