Per aspera ad astra Through the roughness of life, we reach for the stars... The origin of the word DESIRE oscillates between two apparently different but complementary perceptive and symbolic visions. One of them, in its Latin derivation, is made up of the preposition "de-" in the private sense and the term "sidus" which means "star". Wishing in this sense would literally mean "starlessness", in the sense of "feeling the lack of stars". In the current sense, therefore, it suggests the perception of a lack and the tension towards a passionate search. At the same time, the second meaning is extended to the Latin ablative that takes us from one place to another, towards a precise location, suggesting a direction oriented towards "carefully fixing the stars", looking up, perhaps towards that place from which we have come. descended...
